Recently, a post went viral on TikTok when the founder of Luvetta Beautee cosmetics, Scha Feeqa, shared a heartwarming scene from the bustling Cameron Highlands Night Market in Brinchang.
In the video, a man dressed in a pink frog mascot costume could be seen patrolling the area, entertaining the lively crowd. What truly captured attention, however, was the emotional sight of the mascot carrying his small child in his arms while still performing for the public.
Even more touching was the fact that the child remained calm despite being surrounded by the noisy, crowded atmosphere. At one point, the little boy even joined in the fun, dancing in front of everyone as though lending a helping hand to his father in earning a living.
"I swear, at that moment I felt so emotional seeing that behind the frog mascot is a great father. At times when we think our life is hard, there are actually people who have it harder than us. It's just that we don't know how to be grateful," Scha wrote in her post.
The touching sight reminded Scha and many others that happiness can be found in the simplest of things, especially when shared with loved ones.
"They looked happy even in this situation. It's true what people say, happiness is simple," she added.
At the end of her post, Scha encouraged anyone visiting the night market to support and lend a helping hand to the hardworking father behind the mascot, who is striving to earn an honest living while taking care of his child.
