In a heartwarming display of compassion, a terminally ill Malay man with lung cancer found solace in his final days, thanks to the kindness of a stranger. 

Facing financial constraints, the man couldn't afford an oxygen machine. However, a kind Chinese woman stepped forward, lending him the much-needed equipment.

Lim Kai Ming, head of the DAP Wukang disinfection team, recently shared this touching tale on social media. He recounted the story of the man's struggle and the unexpected assistance that came his way. Tragically, shortly after arranging for the man's return home, Lim received the devastating news of his passing. 

Even amidst the sadness, Lim emphasized the unity and kindness shown throughout the experience. Despite the patient's ethnicity, a Chinese woman stepped forward, symbolizing the spirit of unity and support within the community.

Lim recalled the moment the call for assistance came from the Chinese woman, and he facilitated the connection between her and the patient's family. Amidst inquiries about the oxygen machine and concerns about charges, Lim assured the family that all assistance would be provided free of charge. 

The story resonated deeply with netizens, who flooded Lim's post with messages of support and gratitude.
