Fear Dawooz took to social media yesterday to share his recent travel experience with MYAirline. He was on board a Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur flight, when he asked for a seat belt extended for his just over 2 years old toddler. The cabin crew refused to provide one, stating it was against their policy and had asked the child to sit in their own seat. Things escalated when the captain made an announcement that the family would be asked to disembark the plane if they did not cooperate with the crew. Eventually, the child calmed down and the flight went by smoothly.
But upon landing, the head of security asked Fear Dawooz to delete any of the footage he had taken during the flight. Since then, MYAirline has responded saying they will be Investigating this case.
