A shaman in Pasir Mas, Kelantan, more known as Pak Su, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman after he was asked to "heal" her. According to Berita Harian , the woman, who was also a bride-to-be, came to the shaman's residence accompanied by her partner for traditional treatment. 

At the time of the incident, the bride was instructed to enter a separate room led by the shaman's wife, known as Mak Su. Once she was left alone, the shaman entered the room and instructed her to remove her clothing. The woman was unfortunately raped during the session and had been warned by Pak Su not to tell anyone of what happened inside the room. 

The woman, however, decided to tell her partner and the rest of her family, and a police report was made. The shaman was reprimanded the very same day. 

He is currently remanded for investigation under Section 376 of the Penal Code (KK).
