Local singer and entertainer Adibah Noor has pulled a Rebel Wilson and surprised her fans with a brand new image!
The Terlalu Istimewa singer, now a few pounds lighter, expressed that her weight loss strategy has been mainly portion control, stating that she'd only consume six spoons of serving at a time. She also mentioned that she steers clear of sugary, processed, and canned food, and only opts for fresh ingredients in her meals.
"I used to eat three servings of Nasi Lemak, now I limit myself to only one serving."
Adibah Noor says what kickstarted her weight loss journey was the awareness that she needed to be healthier, so as to avoid any serious health complications later in life, despite not suffering from any health issues at the moment.
