One thing we constantly forget to do is to check with ourselves mentally.
Mental health goes unnoticed and believe it or not, it is just as important, if not more, as our physical health.
We live tiring lives and it's important that every once in awhile we stop to see if we're doing okay.
How can one identify if they are going through a mental break?
Here are 6 signs which may indicate it.
1. Brain fog
You're disoriented, it's difficult to remember things and you can hardly concentrate.
You're cancelling plans left and right, keeping to yourself most of the time.
3. Breathing difficulties
You have a tightness in your chest and rapid breathing.
4. Appetite fluctuations
You either eat too much or too little.
5. Unbothered personal hygiene
You're too tired or don't care enough to look after yourself or even keep yourself clean.
6. Under/over sleep
You're either sleeping way too much or experiencing insomnia.
