After ordering something online, I am pretty sure that I am not the only one who keeps refreshing to see where my parcel is and when will be out for delivery. On some unfortunate occasions, our parcels will be stuck in the sorting hub for days before somehow getting lost or getting delivered really late.

shared how to make a complaint if your parcel is taking forever to be delivered or if it gets lost.
Here's the step-by-step guide:

3. Fill in your personal details needed.
There are three sections to fill up the first one is Complainant Information where you fill in your personal details, and the second one is Complaint Information where you fill in information about your complaint. Please make sure you provide them with a clear and details summary of the problems you are facing with the postal service. Then finally you will have to fill in the Problem Location where you will include your address.
4. Upload proof
If you have screenshots of the tracking updates, the orders or any conversations with the seller or postal service representative, please make sure to include them in this section. You can even include any voice messages or call recordings with the postal service. You will need to include proof to further strengthen your complaint and for action to be taken immediately.
5. Check the acknowledgement box and clock on Submit
As of now, the effectiveness of this complaint service is still unclear. However, according to a user, they made a complaint in the afternoon and, not sure if by coincidence or because ofthe report, their parcel was delivered that very night!
