Talk about marketing…or more so, warnings?
A netizen recently shared on X, the marketing ways of the newly released Final Destination movie, Bloodlines and Malaysians are freaked out!
From elevators, to escalators, our malls are plastered with warning signs - which is basically the epitome of a Final Destination movie.
In the photos shared by user @AshraffMokhtar, this marketing tactic is most probably all over the mall, passing off as a simple warning or instruction to get the attention of Malaysians.
You have a warning sign that says “do not lean on the glass” with the movie title beside it and then you also have a warning before taking the escalator to “stand between the yellow lines”, which if you know about the franchise, you are very familiar as to what happened in similar scenarios in the movie.
While many fans say that this is scary, many are applauding the team that came up with this idea!
