Talk about a major flex! 

As the hyped Barbie movie finally hits the theatres worldwide, this star’s parents had a rather wholesome way of commemorating their son’s role. 

As confessed by Simu Liu who played one of the Kens in the Greta Gerwig-directed movie, his proud parents apparently bought 20 of his dolls to be gifted to friends. 

“It’s beyond my wildest dreams to have one action figure that looks like me, let alone an action figure and a doll. I’m as much in disbelief as everyone else.

My parents definitely can’t believe it. I think they’ve ordered like 20 dolls. I’m pretty sure the next time I see them they’re gonna ask me to sign them and give them away to all of their friends.”

And thanks to the Barbie frenzy, it has now grossed a whopping $155 MILLION since its release, surpassing Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer.
