It has been confirmed by the Health Director-General, Datuk Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah on his Facebook post that there is another COVID-19 death case today (March 25).
The deceased was case number 1251, a 66-year-old man with several histories of chronic illness.
He started to show symptoms a week ago before admitting to Hospital Pakar Sultanah Fatimah, Muar on March 20. His condition was critical when he got transferred to the Intensive Care Unit and was immediately in need of the respiratory devices. He was later confirmed positive for COVID-19 on March 25 and was pronounced dead today (March 25).
His source of infection is still under investigation.
