Netflix has dropped the first-look images and the premiere date of the fifth season of its popular show Emily in Paris.
Emily in Paris will return for Season 5 on December 18. All 10 episodes will drop on the premiere date. The show, which premiered in 2020, has become one of the streamer's biggest hits, with millions of viewers tuning in to Emily's (played by Lily Collins) expat adventures.
Collins will return as the titular character, along with Lucas Bravo, Lucien Laviscount, Ashley Park, Paul Forman, Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, William Abadie, Samuel Arnold and Bruno Gouery as part of the main cast. "To me, great characters on a great series are like, I have a hard time letting go and saying goodbye. They always take you places. If you look at Sex and the City, its still happening 25 years later," Darren Star, the creator of Emily in Paris, had said in an interview.
The show will still be set in Paris, but a large part of the new season has also been filmed in Rome.
