In an unexpected rendezvous, the iconic Superstar Rajinikanth was warmly greeted by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at his office in Putrajaya. A post on PMX's social media channel brought immense joy to local Kollywood fans as they learned of the visit from the legendary superstar. 

During their meeting, Rajinikanth and Anwar Ibrahim engaged in discussions about pressing societal issues, with the aim of incorporating them into Rajinikanth's future film projects. Anwar expressed his appreciation for the respect Rajinikanth has shown for his advocacy, particularly regarding the challenges and suffering faced by the people. 

"I hope Rajinikanth continues to illuminate the film industry," Anwar commented. 

While the purpose of Rajinikanth's visit to town remains a mystery, it's worth noting that the Kollywood star currently has a movie in theatres, "Jailer," which has already grossed approximately RM338 million worldwide.
