On May 22nd, the latest amendment to the SOPs was announced, and let‘s just say Malaysians were more than displeased.
Many expressed their dissatisfaction yet again towards the government regarding the new SOPs. Many equated it to "listening to broken records."
Some questioned the logic in reducing the operating hours of the F%B outlets, saying the reduction will only attract more crowds trying to meet their daily needs before the curfew.
of course, there were several who used memes and light humor to convey their frustration.
Some though... weren't so subtle.
#KerajaanGagal still echoes within the internet chamber, ricochetting all around.
As daily cases are dangerously close to reaching almost 10K, we have no choice but to look out for ourselves and make sure we don't bring the virus home.
To our front liners, we acknowledge your hard work and we appreciate you. Not many can endure the daily psychological torment of handling the increasing death tolls caused by the pandemic and this too, shall pass.
At the end of the day, #KitaJagaKita and this hashtag will continue to be the symbol of unity long after we defeat the virus, let us all hope.
