KLANG: 24-year-old construction worker who r*ped his own sister finally caught at his house, yesterday at 11PM.
South Klang District Deputy Chief of Police, Superintendent Rahmat Ariffin said based on the investigation, the offense took place at 1AM on the 17th of August while the victim was sleeping at their house in the Klang District.
According to him, the suspect put his g*nitals into the victims mouth and then proceeded to r*pe her.
"After that, the suspect ran away and the victim informed that she was r*ped multiple time before this.
"The victim did inform her parents but they did not believe her," he said in his statement today.
He added that the victim did not make a police report immediately after the incident because she did not have a vehicle to travel to the police station and was worried that she would be scolded by her parents.
He explained that further investigations are underway and the suspect is currently remanded until the 7th of February.
The case is being investigated according to Section 376B of the Penal Code.
