It is a proud moment for fellow Malaysian to see their idol featured in New York Times Square's Billboard. To date, 7 local artists have been featured on one of the most prominent billboards in the world, including Datuk Siti Nurhaliza, Yuna, Dolla, etc. Guess who's the 8th Malaysian being featured? Our beloved badminton player - Lee Zii Jia!

A Malaysian Twitter user, @Giarc Nibisna, tweeted a photo of the NY Times Square billboard with Lee Zii Jia featured in Victor's 55th Anniversary ads. 

Another Indonesian Twitter user, @saankies, shared a video showing the complete footage of the ads which featured other renowned badminton players such as the Indonesia Men's Double pair - Mohammad Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan,  Indonesia Women's Double pair - Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva, Taiwan Women's Single player - Tai Tzu Ying, Denmark Men's Single player - Anders Antonsen and Malaysia Men's Single player - Lee Zii Jia. 

Lee Zii Jia is currently ranked No. 4 and he won his first BWF Super 1000 title at the 2021 All England Open. He is currently competing in the German Open 2023. Wishing him luck and can't wait to see more impressive moments from him! Oh Yeah, I'm in Times Square
