An American YouTuber known as China Mac TV has recently captured the hearts of many Malaysians after posting a vlog highlighting his first impressions of Kuala Lumpur. In the 41-minute video, he showered Malaysia with praise, particularly for its cleanliness, modern infrastructure, and efficient public transportation system.
During his visit, Mac explored the city by using public transport, including the MRT and LRT. He was especially impressed by the Bukit Bintang MRT station.
"I'm at the MRT station and I noticed there's absolutely no trash. No homeless people. No smell either. Its very clean and comfortable," he shared in awe.
One standout feature that caught his attention was the presence of a women-only coach a concept he admitted he had never seen in any other country he had visited.
Beyond transportation, Mac described Malaysia as "modern, clean, and organized," noting that Kuala Lumpur felt like a well-oiled machine. He rode the MRT from Bukit Bintang to TRX Mall, one of the city's newest shopping destinations, and gave it high marks for both its design and the quality of its amenities.
Mac, who has travelled extensively across the globe, said Malaysia stood out as a destination that genuinely surprised him. From the urban layout and transport system to the country's vibrant food culture, everything left a lasting impression.
His vlog has since drawn positive attention from local and international viewers alike, many of whom expressed newfound appreciation for Malaysia. For those unfamiliar with the country, Macs glowing review served as a reminder that Malaysia is indeed keeping pace with and in some aspects, surpassing many developed nations when it comes to urban planning and public facilities.
