2. Tea Tree Oil

Also similar to aloe vera, tea tree oil can give a cooling effect to the affected area on your face. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties, which helps with inflammation. 

3. Tea bags

The third method you can try out are tea bags. A warm tea bag compress can help bring pimples to the surface of the skin. The tannins contained within the tea bags (particularly black tea), can help reduce swelling and redness.
