Arguably, it’s understandable that sorting and deliveries must be expedited due to the mounting parcels a courier service faces on the daily. 

However, this video has stirred anger over how things are being handled behind the scenes. Many have pointed out that it’s better for their parcels to arrive later, rather than badly.
