A video that went viral on TikTok, titled "The video that got me kicked off the flight" by the uploader Tom Birchy, captured the couple seemingly being escorted off the plane by the flight cabin crew.

In the video, Tom emphasized feeling victimized, citing an altercation with another passenger who allegedly hurled insults and curses at him, leading to his distress. It's worth noting that prior videos on Tom's profile suggested he may have consumed excessive alcohol at the flight lounge, appearing somewhat intoxicated.

Tom repeatedly stressed that a fellow passenger had verbally abused him, which he perceived as an assault. Expressing his concerns to a cabin crew, she responded, "I am concerned as well that you will be travelling with us today. I would like to ask you to leave the aircraft." Tom reiterated, "Someone was horrible to me, swore at me, and I will leave you now," as he exited the plane, with other passengers cheering him on.

Subsequent videos shared by Tom depicted the couple being escorted to the police station by airport authorities to resolve the issue. They were then required to stay at a Bangkok hotel overnight before catching another flight to Krabi the following morning.
