You witness people feeding stray dogs on a daily basis. This generous samaritan chose to give two puppies some canned goodies as a surprise ️.
The dogs had different ideas while he was preparing the meal and spread the bubble wrap on the floor, possibly as a temporary food mat.
They raced off with the bubble wrap instead of eating the food, leaving the man baffled.
Hopefully he managed to feed them after all!
