For this customer in particular, his order had turned into something completely hazardous.
In a video uploaded on TikTok, user @meyyullll called out the beverage chain for its negligence upon finding out his drink contained silica gel!
Unfortunately for him, the shocking discovery was made only after he had finished the drink.
It’s unclear whether he had swallowed some of the fragments, but at least he had recorded the proof.
