The heartwarming video, shared on TikTok by a Vietnamese user named chipku, showcases the grandma's adorable interaction with her granddaughter, leaving viewers both amused and touched.

The video depicts the elderly grandmother lying on her bed with a beaming smile, while her husband looks on with a mixture of indulgence and affection. 

Although the grandma has forgotten many things due to her declining memory, she surprisingly remembers her husband's ex-girlfriend's name, leaving everyone amazed at her ability to retain this specific memory.
