For TikTok user Myra, who works as General Operations Forces under PDRM, she’s striving to make the most of aging by pushing the fitness limits.
Currently in her 40s, Myra takes part in various endurance activities such as archery, monkey bars and even climbing on different types of settings- all while clad in a modest workout attire.
Besides advocating for fitness for women above the age of 40, she also wants to set a positive example where working out doesn’t have to be revealing.
Her discipline has certainly inspired viewers, whereby she credited consuming traditional remedies- saffron, honey and dates- and even briskwalking to help her build up stamina.
