In the video, the woman's child can be seen left in a stroller near the parking area in front of the laundromat. The man noted that the area around the laundromat was relatively quiet, raising concerns about the situation. 

The floor outside the laundromat was elevated compared to other nearby shops, with some ramps provided for wheelchair or stroller access through the area.

Observing the situation, the man was frustrated that the ramps were not utilized effectively.
