Was this homestay owner in the wrong, as claimed by these nightmarish guests?

An argument reportedly broke out at a homestay in Alor Setar, whereby the guests complained of getting chased out for the wrong reasons.

In their words, they had merely checked-out just “1 hour later” than the required 12pm rule, citing tiredness from attending business matters the previous day.

They decided to put the place and owner on blast, but the video has since backfired with netizens siding the owner for her reasonable policy.

As explained by her side of the story on Facebook, the guests were not only rude since the beginning, but they violated many other rules given and even ignored her pleas to check-out within the given time range. 

Even worse, they even recorded a video of her and hurled profanities to express their dissatisfaction over the whole situation.
