Quick! How many Disney characters can you name that are green? I bet not a lot, but you’ll facepalm yourself when I reveal the answers. Lately, Adidas has partnered up with Disney once again for some adorable shoes to add to the Stan Smith collection.
Each shoe is uniquely designed and centered around a green character, such as MCU’s Hulk and Groot, “Toy Story’s” Rex, “Peter Pan’s” Tinker Bell (yes it’s two words), our favorite recycling robot Wall-E (going green, get it?), “Monsters, Inc’s” Mike and the most famous frog in the world - Kermit.
The shoes in this series are made of Primegreen, a high-performance recycled material, while the soles are made of recycled rubber. One of the main purposes of the series is to promote sustainability and environmental protection through the use of environmentally friendly materials. If you didn’t know how popular Kermit the Frog is, now you do, because Kermit has 3 different pairs of Stan Smith shoes.
