There are many situations that prompt us to contact the fire station for assistance, but recently, a mother's visit to the Sungai Buloh fire station made headlines. She urgently sought their help to untangle a brush from her daughter's hair. Her reasoning behind choosing the fire station over a hair salon was simple: she believed a salon would opt for a haircut as the quick solution. She had attempted for an hour to remove the brush herself but, not knowing who else to turn to, she rushed to the fire department for help.

After arriving at the fire station, it took the firefighters approximately 15 minutes, using cooking oil and pliers, to successfully untangle the brush from the young girl's hair. However, this incident sparked a mixed response among Malaysians. 

Some argued that it wasn't an appropriate matter for the fire department to handle, given their other pressing responsibilities. Others accused the mother of seeking attention by featuring the firefighters on her social media. What's your take on this situation?
