The number of COVID-19 positive cases has been increases greatly everyday in Malaysia. Many company has started WorkFromHome (WFH) practices in order to keep the everyone safe while the company can operate smoothly.

However, not everyone is that lucky. Some "crazy" boss still prefers ALL of his/her workers to work in the office, even in the event of there's confirmed COVID-19 case(s). This is not just about work anymore, but your health is on the line. Which is why, you need to report them.

The Ministry of Human Resources has created an APP to make your complaints filling way easier and confidential! All you need to do is to follow the steps below to register and fill in the relevant information!

Steps:

1. Download the WFW app from the Google Play store.

2. Open the WFW app and register by filling in your name and phone number. Then, click 【VERIFY NUMBER】.    

4. Fill in the OTP verification number received and click 【SUBMIT】.

5. Fill in your ID number, gender and nationality. Then, click 【NEXT】.

6. After you have filled in your company name, contact number, address and other information, click 【NEXT】.

7. Set your account password. Tick to agree to terms and conditions, then click 【REGISTER】.

8. Login by filling in your phone number and account password.

9. After login, click 【New Complaint】.

10. Select your complaint item, details, monthly salary, monthly allowance and position. Attach relevant photos, and click 【NEXT】.

11. Tick to confirm that the information provided are true. Finally, complete the complaint by clicking 【SUBMIT】!

Don't worry that your detail is recorded. The Ministry of Human Resources ensures that the report will remains anonymous to protect you.
