Amidst the rising number of cases and the surprisingly new highs we are achieving almost daily, there seems to be a glimmer of hope in terms of vaccination. Daily vaccination numbers have breached the 500,000 mark and the government have been considering loosening travel restrictions for those who have been completely vaccinated.

Even so, there are still a number of people who have yet to receive their first dose of vaccine yet. To these people, JKJAV has announced a new feature in the MySejahtera app to ease their vaccination process - a digital consent form.

For those who have already received their first dose of the vaccine, you might remember being asked to fill up a form when you were there (that's why they told us to bring our own pen). The new digital consent form will make the whole thing easier and smoother. So, how do you do it?

1. Open the MySejahtera app.

2. Go to Covid-19 Vaccination and tap "vaccine for (YOUR NAME)".

3. Click on the bottom link to view the digital consent form.

4. Read through it carefully, and tick the relevant boxes.

5. Confirm your details and you should see "YES" under "Digital Consent Form" section.

That's it! By doing so, you won't have to fill up anymore forms when you arrive at your vaccination location. Remember, if you've already gotten your first dose, there is no need to fill up this form. As for those who have yet to receive your appointment, hang in there, it'll be here soon for sure!
