It's safe to say that Shopee is accurately equivalent to a fascinating black hole that'd suck you into hours and hours of retail therapy high, if you're not careful. Some other times though, you can get sucked into this weird, whimsical corner of Shopee that not everyone has the luck to discover. The weird, whimsical thing in question? This virtual slap— sold for under RM 0.50.

In the product description, it says: "A cheap and non-contact way of giving a slap to anyone that you think deserves it." What must have started as a harmless joke quickly turned into a viral trend and soon enough, hundreds of virtual slaps were purchased and became the central punchline for the countless pranks spread among friends and ex-partners alike.

However, if you're thinking of purchasing one of these infamous virtual slaps for yourself, you're out of luck. It is currently and unfortunately, out of stock at the moment due to high demands. You can still check it out here.
