One of the biggest red flags in a relationship is abuse.

Yes, we're talking about it in the literal sense, but we also mean all the subtle abusive traits, that many surpass because they do not know better, or worse, they rather than end up alone.

Your mental and emotional health is not worth the pain.

Here are no-no(s) you should look out for.

1. When someone humiliates you in front of other people

2. When someone intends to control you in any way, shape or form

3. When someone invades your personal space and boundaries

4. When someone constantly criticizes you

5. When someone makes you feel like you're dumb

6. When someone blames you for their actions or reactions

7. When someone dismisses your thoughts and feelings

8. When someone makes you doubt yourself

9. When someone uses sarcasm to hurt you

They're all little building blocks and sometimes can mask as jokes, but remember, it's always the little things.

A partner, a friend or a family member should not make you feel like sh*t.
