It comes as no surprise that Pahang’s Her Royal Highness Tunku Azizah is fond of cooking.
From making dishes for other important figures, to even loved ones, the Sultanah takes cooking very seriously.
And her latest cooking stint literally stunned the public, whereby she surprisingly participated in a fruit pickle competition- and even took the winning prize beating 10 others.
Her “acar buah” was initially presented under the guise of “Aminah Mahmood”, and judges had only found out her real identity after the winning dish was announced.
So why was her dish crowned the best? One judge shared that hers tasted “balanced and complete, with the perfect blend of ingredients”- and we couldn’t agree more just by looking from the screen!
