Would you stay the night?

Haunted stories about accommodations are not uncommon. This man encountered a spooky experience during his stayover at a local hotel in Taiping. Hailing from Penang and en route to Johor, the tired travellers decided to rest for the night before continuing their journey the next day.

However, the road to the hotel was narrow, poorly lit, and surrounded by an unsettling atmosphere. Checking in at 1 am, the reality of the hotel sharply contrasted with the picturesque images seen during the booking process, presenting a more paranormal scene.

The man noticed that all the rooms were engulfed in complete darkness, with only one or two offering illumination. Sensing an eerie feeling, he chose not to enter the room he had booked.

Adding to the peculiar experience, a food delivery person reported waiting in the area for an extended period, but no one came to collect the order. The incident stirred diverse reactions from netizens, with some expressing the creepy ambience, while others shared their encounters with disturbances at the same place.

Nonetheless, criticism arose against the man, accusing him of intentionally sensationalizing the story. Questions were raised about why he filmed the video at 1 am, contributing to the overall dimness.

Contradicting the man's account, some who had visited the hotel attested that the place was perfectly fine. They highlighted numerous parked motorcycles in front of the hotel, emphasizing that, according to their observations, the area was not spooky.
