Good oral hygiene is the bare minimum, and yet it's still not clocking to some of you people!
This TikToker shares some quick tips to make sure your breath is on point all the time, and you best be taking notes.
1. Floss
The food that gets stuck in between your teeth (yes the ones your nail can't get out, or even a toothpick), tends to do what it does over time--rot. This will create bad bacteria which can lead to bad breath, or something even worse.
2. Brush
This is supposed to be a no brainer, but you have to brush your teeth twice a day, everyday. Do at least 2 minutes and use fluoride toothpaste, because it helps with the enamel on your teeth.
3. Scrape
Adding a tongue scraper to your oral routine is a game changer. Get one, and use it after your brush your teeth, to clean out all the gunk stuck on your tongue.
4. Wash
Use a mouthwash after that. Just vigorously gargle for about 30 times, and you'll be good to go.
5. Candy
If you'd like to go the extra step, pop in an oral candy and let it dissolve into your mouth before bed every night. It will help with bad breath, combat dry mouth and prevent bacteria build up.
