2. Nana al Haleq
Okay this woman is a GODDESS OF FITNESS. Her Instagram is filled with useful and effective workout routines, tips and even equipment that she uses to workout.
3. Linora Low
Can’t really follow workout tutorials or too lazy to do a whole workout routine on your own? Well, this fitness influencer can help you with that!
She posts follow along workouts that last for about 45 minutes on her Youtube page. This way you won’t feel demotivated halfway through and you will feel like you have a workout buddy.
4. Alex Chee
Growing up in Malaysia, this Brunei born man found it difficult to gain weight. His determination to build his body planted a passion for fitness deep within his soul.
Follow his Youtube or Instagram page to get not only facts and knowledge about fitness but also some workout routines to try out.
5. Hansen Lee
Hansen is not your typical fitness influencer. He is an influencer that practices a holistic approach to health. He practices yoga and movement, which he also teaches and also normal fitness workouts.
