Are we heading back to Genovia?!

Based on reports, it would appear that Disney is working on a Princess Diaries 3 after 18 years of waiting. 

In it's early stages, the cast has yet to be announced. However, scriptwriter Aadrita Mukerji notes that it would be a continuation from where the series left off and not a reboot. 

Main star Anne Hathaway ( HRH Mia Thermopolis) hasn't said anything about it. She did though confirm on there being a script and she would quote unquote love to be a apart of it. 

"I want to do it. Julie wants to do it. Debie Martin Chase our producer wants to do it. We all really want it to happen. We don't want to do it unless it's perfect, because we love it just as much as you guys love it. 

"It's as important to us as it is to you and we don't want to deliver anything until it's ready. But we're working on it." she said on Watch What Happens Live in 2019. 

We guess this only means one thing. "A queen is never late, everyone else is simply early".
