For this man, his whole world had revolved around “Cik Kiah” for two decades now. But this isn’t your ordinary love story, rather a friendship forged between a man and his pet python.

Yes, the 240kg reptilian was affectionately given the moniker ever since it slithered into Mohd Redzuan Abdullah’s care 20 years ago.

Redzuan loved the python and considered it his own flesh, until the time had come for “Cik Kiah” to depart due to old age.

Their deep bond was reflected as Redzuan mourned its passing, as seen in the photos below, which goes to show that losing your beloved pet (no matter the species) is hard on everybody.
