Khoon Hooi is a very talented local designer, who has won numbers of awards in fashion design industry. He founded his fashion brand, Khoon Hooi, in 1999. He designed 2 different series of face mask : Sutherland (minimal designed face mask for men) and Alice Face Mask (16 different coloured cotton/polyester-mix fabrics and motifs). He also made a junior size for kids.
