March 31 - Alliance Bank Malaysia is closing 3 of its branches for sanitization exercise after an employee tested positive for COVID-19

An employee of Alliance Bank Malaysia who is based at Damansara Uptown branch has tested positive for COVID-19. The staff member also serviced at Taman Tun Dr. Ismail and Kota Damansara branches. Following this, Alliance Bank Malaysia is closing the 3 branches for thorough disinfection.

The affected employee is receiving medical treatment while other employees and customers who may have been in contact with the patient were notified of the situation. Those employees will undergo testing for COVID-19 and be isolated.
