It's unusual to see a Ramli burger business managed by a Chinese. Which makes this video all the more fascinating!

This customer came up to her stall and placed a Burger Ayam Special order. He then watches while the person working behind the counter makes his burger.

When he questioned her about her experience, she said confidently that it had been more than two years that she's been running the stall.

But, it became apparent over time that she doesn't make the burgers the same way as other Ramli burger stalls. 

Particularly when he had to ask whether or not she had brushed margarine on the buns.

She was also seen not seasoning the burger patties until he instructed her to

Well, most of us are accustomed to having a round fried egg placed on our burgers or to having the patty wrapped within the egg right? Hence why it's called a burger special. 

Yet she made the egg a different way.

Later, he requested for his burger to be made without veggies, but she still included some.

Also, despite his request for a small amount of sauce on his burger, she started drenching it instead. Even after he pointed out that it was enough. Which, she then exclaimed that it looked nicer that way.

He commented that it didn't feel like she had been doing this for two years since the way she was preparing his burger still gave the impression that she was a rookie. 

Yet she persisted in saying that she had been doing it for some time.

If you were in his position and your request wasn't even partially complied with, how would you feel?

Hopefully, the customer will at least like the taste of the burger.
