Have you seen people using their own videos as GIFs on Instagram? You might say, oh its so narcissistic, why would they use their own video. But, deep down i know that your thinking I want one too! 

You know what? It's okay to like photos and videos of yourself. It is not narcissistic, it's just loving yourself and feeling confident. You make that sticker of yourself and go make yourself into a GIF! You do you!

 If you don't know how to do it, here’s how you can create your own GIF of yourself:

1. Record yourself making an expression or doing whatever you want your GIF to be.

2. The, go to unscreen.com and upload your video. This website will help you to remove the background from your video. 

3. Once it is uploaded, scroll down and hit the arrow next to the download button and select download as a GIF.

4. Once the download is complete, do not click on download, click on view. 

5. Then, it will show you your video. Tap and hold until the add to photos option pops up. Click on add to photos. 

6. Open your photos and click on the GIF, copy it and open your Instagram app.

7. Upload a story, add a photo or video to your story then click on the add text option and paste your GIF there
