A Twitter post regarding the open selling of alcohol at an Aeon outlet in Kepong has brought backlash over the users statement.

In the post, he mentioned that despite the demographics, there’s actually a law that bids against it.

His statement has incited almost 500 comments, mostly calling out the way he was condemning the situation.
Many argued that considering CNY had just passed and Malaysia is a multiracial country, selling alcohol openly is not against the rule.
