An installer of an advertising company pleaded not guilty in Sessions Court to charges of raping a 12-year-old girl in his car, about three months ago.

Wong Wei Chun, 25, was charged with raping the underaged victim between 5PM and 7PM on August 12th in the rear passenger seat of a Toyota Vios in the Level G parking lot, Plaza Salak Park, Taman Desa Petaling. 

According to reports, the two individuals met through an online gaming app. As a result of the court hearing, Wei Chun is also prohibited from communicating with the victim online or offline. In addition, the court also imposed an additional condition for the accused to report to the nearest police station every month.

The judge also reminded the accused that the bail would be revoked should there be any harassment report or complaint made by the victim from then onwards. 

A bail of RM15,000 has been pleaded to be imposed on the accused by a public prosecutor.
