The disagreement began when the passenger sought to sit next to the elderly woman, who adamantly refused, insisting that the seat was reserved for her bag. The two engaged in a verbal exchange, with the elderly woman threatening to report the incident to the authorities, asserting her innocence.

The other passenger defended her wish to sit, citing the lack of available seats on the MRT. The video concludes without a resolution, leading many netizens to characterize the elderly woman as entitled. Similar incidents reportedly occur on trains and buses as well.
