According to a video shared by a JBPM personnel in Pahang, he and his team recently got called to attend an individual at the Kuala Lipis Hospital’s Emergency Room, and the incident shook them to the core.
Upon seeing the man, they found out that his index finger was severely wounded and infected, after the ring he wore had pierced deep into his skin.
What’s more shocking was that he had held on to the pain for a year now, until he found it too unbearable and decided to get medical treatment.
An electrical cutter was used to take out the outer part, whereas the one embedded in his skin was later surgically removed by a doctor.
While the man’s condition is unknown, many prayed for his speedy recovery, and hoped the incident served as a reminder for others to seek urgent help whenever a medical emergency occurs.
