A distressing incident unfolded at 3 Damansara Mall, as a viral TikTok video posted by its_meell21 revealed a young girl trapped inside a lift. The video, which has garnered widespread attention, shows the visibly distressed child stuck inside the lift after her parents claimed the doors closed too quickly for them to enter after her.
In the video, the girl's mother can be seen trying to comfort her daughter by passing snacks through the crack of the lift doors while they waited for mall management to arrive. Despite the arrival of a security guard, efforts to free the child proved unsuccessful at first.
