Outdoor Reading Space At Shah Alam Park Vandalised In Just One Month, Irks Netizens

Can we not have nice things?!

When it comes to communal facilities in public areas, the motive behind the creations is to promote a sense of thoughtfulness and community growth.

Just like this reading space at park in Shah Alam, the unique architecture built by the City Council was meant to give the  public an access to wondrous types of reading materials.

Unfortunately as shared by TikTok user @nani.roc, the facility has been vandalised- and it’s only been a month.

As Nani pointed out, shards of glass can be seen underneath the architecture, apart from several unorganised books and even rubbish- despite a bin seen in proximity.

The video has garnered attention by irked netizens, with many questioning the kind of mentality some people have.

Do better Shah Alam folks!
