On a recent note, residents of a neighbourhood in Hulu Langat became witnesses to the one of the vilest animal abuses in the country.
In the horrifying incident, a stray cat was found hanging by the window of a resident’s house, with a wire around its neck.
The culprit, believed to be a foreigner, had despised the cat for creating nuisance at his house.
The cats body was then rescued, and a report was lodged. But according to the Malaysia Animal Association on Facebook, no follow-up action was taken towards the culprit.
