You don’t need a massive fortune to do charity, all you need is a heart of gold.
For these Malaysians, feeding the homeless in Kuala Lumpur has become their personal mission to spread awareness on the needy’s plight.
The act, which was shared by a man on his social media account The Kitol, showed a few of them buying food before distributing them to the homeless in areas such as Pasar Seni and Masjid Jamek.
According to Kitol, he finds the form of charity a way to “heal” his heart, as he couldn’t bear seeing the homeless living in starvation and without a roof on their hands.
Often times during distribution, he’d come across the elderly and disabled, an upsetting sight which evoked sympathy as they remind him of his own parents.
Kitol and the other individuals have served as a reminder to always to good to others, as many are still living without basic necessities.
