Definition: A body composition where a person has a normal Body Mass Index (BMI) but a high percentage of body fat and low muscle mass.

1. Don't do hours of cardio, instead try progressive strength training

2. Eat healthy, but more importantly track what you eat

3. Don't cut carbs, instead find a balance between the right carbs and protein in your diet

4. Crash dieting fails, instead build sustainable habits

5. Don't restrict yourself before a holiday, you will binge after, find balance

6. Waiting for the perfect time isn't it, the best time is now
