What is skinny-fat?
Disclaimer, we're not calling anyone fat. Skinny-fat means you're skinny, but you have fat distribution at difficult-to-get-rid of places.
Definition: A body composition where a person has a normal Body Mass Index (BMI) but a high percentage of body fat and low muscle mass.
